Calling all students who love to read and solve mysteries! Join me in reading the chapter book "Nate the Great." We will solve a mystery together! Class will focus on reading for enjoyment and students will be encouraged to share insights, opinions and support their theories on solving the case using reasoning, inference and citing text evidence as we read through the mystery. Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello! My name is Beth Price and I am a certified teacher for grades Kindergarten through 3rd. I have taught students for over 20 years in a preschool setting, Kindergarten, 1st grade and online ESL classes. I have also home-schooled two of my children in their middle school and high school years.
I enjoy teaching all subjects but my passion is teaching Language Arts, Social Studies and Science. I believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged in a lesson--moving, singing, and participating!
I live in Tennessee with my husband and 2 dogs, and enjoy reading, sewing, gardening and spending time with my children and grandchildren.
