Description
Class Experience
We will use an external website to go on a virtual experience as well as view also my personal trip to NASA. I'll lead the group through the virtual adventure and narrate which will include detailed facts. I encourage students to ask questions along the way. We will see the area where shuttles take off, space crafts displayed and even a bit of science and physics all while virtually seeing spectacular views of NASA. Students will learn a variety of facts about NASA and space. Each student will virtually see the facility that includes various exhibitions and pictures of outer space. The intent is to spark each students interest in doing their own further research and possibly pursue their dream in Aeronautics.
Paper and pencil to take notes on topics students may want to explore more on their own time.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
