Learners will develop writing skills in the context of writing a short story. Students will develop the ability to constructively critique others' writing. Learners will apply the writing process to polish their stories for the final reading.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents are welcome to sit in on the first and final class as an off-camera audience member. The stories created may not be the perfect academic writing. The writers will be able to take creative license to enhance the story, just as many of your favorite authors had done.
