I have taught professionally for five years in public schools but have worked for more than ten years in tutoring, mentoring, and educating students. Every year of my professional teaching, we have done this unit as a way to prepare for the school year, introduce ourselves, and as college preparation. I also teach vignettes which is a type of personal narrative on Outschool!
