Join our NaNoWriMo Enrichment class this November and embark on an exciting journey to write your novel in 30 days! This class is thoughtfully designed to foster creativity, provide structured support, and make novel writing an enjoyable experience. What will be taught? The essentials of novel writing, from brainstorming ideas to developing plots, characters, and settings. Topics: Idea generation and brainstorming Plot structuring and pacing Character development Dialogue writing Overcoming writer’s block Revision techniques How is your class structured? Each session follows a dynamic and engaging format: 5 minutes: Welcome and idea sharing 10 minutes: Mini-Workshop 15minutes: Independent Writing 10 minutes: Feedback and brainstorming 5 minutes: Closing and goal setting I will combine direct instruction, interactive discussions, and practical exercises to make the learning process fun and effective. We will use a mix of lectures, writing games, slides, and video clips to keep the sessions lively and engaging. My teaching style is supportive, interactive, and hands-on. I believe in fostering a positive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and writing. I have over 15 years experience in education. I specialize in private and independent school teaching and learning.
