In this ongoing class, students will learn about one country each week. During class, students will look at the country on a map, identify surrounding countries, and learn about the geography, history, languages, government, culture, traditions, food, and ways of life. Students can also engage in a discussion about what it would be like to travel to that country as we explore some tourist attractions. Students are welcome to join at any point and do not need any previous knowledge to join as we learn about a new country each week. While we will try to cover as many countries as possible, students are welcome to give suggestions of any countries they want to study first. The class will be structured as follows: Introductions Explore the country on the map and identify surrounding countries.
