Class Experience

The Mystery Writing classes are designed to encourage reluctant writers & challenge enthusiastic writers in a supportive and fun environment. Students will learn to use their own voice by tapping into their imaginations.

Mystery Writing Prompts: Students will be shown a mystery picture and discuss what they think is happening. After the discussion with the group, students will use listening, speaking, and viewing skills to discern what is going on in the picture. Students can type or write...

Students will improve writing organization while using voice.

Students can use paper and pencil or choose to use a word processing app like Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

4 hours 35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Students will be continually watching my screen and no other tools will be needed or used due to the screen share from the teacher.
