Let's practice and review our 1st grade skills. Through a Mystery Picture PowerPoint game, learners will practice first grade skills. First, students will take turns choosing a square in a grid by giving the appropriate letter and number to identify the square they desire. Behind the square is a first grade addition math fact (up to 20) or sentence (using sight words). The student will either solve the math problem or read the sentence in the box. For learners who use a hands-on approach for math facts, they should bring their math manipulatives. Some students may want to have pencil and paper ready for their addition math facts up to 20.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
