A small brick (L E G O) building club that fosters creativity and an opportunity to build unique ideas each week. Learners will be challenged with a different theme to build and present each week. This is not a competition class.
Class experience
US Grade 3 - 6
Each week students will be presented with a different themed build. Learners will be shown a tutorial on how to build according to the theme and will be challenged to build in a set time frame. Learners will have approximately 30-35 minutes of build time each class depending on the size of the class. Students are encouraged to be social and speak to each other and ask me questions when they need help with their builds. Themes will be changing each week to challenge the builder. Learners...
Students will be able to think outside of the box, concentrate for a sustained amount of time, and be creative with their builds. They will also learn time management skills and public speaking as they share their builds at the end of each class.
Homework Offered
Students will be encouraged to keep building if their builds were not completed in the allotted time frame of the class and post a picture on the classroom page for feedback!Assessments Offered

Any brand or set of small plastic building blocks of all colors. Please note, requires building blocks ( branded or unbranded) in order for the Learner to fully participate.
