In this class, I will share short engaging Minecraft themed videos that I have designed inside my own Minecraft world to help you learn about and practice simple addition (up to 10). These videos will include tutorials and projects that you can complete in your own Minecraft game. I have taught over 5,000 students on Outschool! I love to connect with students through one of their favorite activities- Minecraft. I bring enthusiasm and excitement to these topics and show students the practical steps to work on these projects in their game. I am a homeschool mom with ADHD teaching my own students with autism and other learning differences. I have experience working with students of many different abilities, and can't wait to meet you! This class is intentionally designed for students with unique learning needs. As a neurodivergent educator, I offer a wide variety of multi sensory activities to support many different learning styles such as ADHD, autism and more!
Minecraft, any version
Note about Minecraft: Any version of Minecraft will work for this class and students do not need to share gamertags as each student will build in their own individual Minecraft world. There is no shared world or realm. Students should have basic knowledge of Minecraft as fasr as navigating in the world and placing blocks. I will share tips and tricks for optimal settings in our first class.
