 Week 1
Lesson 1
Explore theme park elements, build a Minecraft cotton candy stand step by step
-Secrets in the Minecraft settings -Design project: food stall setup -Minecraft build project: cotton candy stand
Lesson 2
Build an armor trim/pottery gift shop and virtually visit some theme parks
-Minecraft build project: armor trim/pottery gift shop -Take virtual visits to several popular amusement parks
 Week 2
Lesson 3
Get an npc and a barrier block in Minecraft as you learn about park operations
-Design project: employee uniform t-shirt design -Use commands to get a barrier block and an npc for ride lines and employees
Lesson 4
Intro to rails and redstone to start your coaster
-Minecraft build projects: power rail and redstone block roller coaster and barrier block queues
 Week 3
Lesson 5
Build a Minecraft bouncy house and games and brainstorm other park attractions
-Explore different types of rides, attractions and games -Minecraft build projects: bumper boats and diamond dig
Lesson 6
Bumper boats, frost walker fun and design a brochure for your park
-Design project: theme park brochure -Minecraft build projects: bumper boats and play area
 Week 4
Lesson 7
Get a command block and supersize mobs, plus create rainbow sheep and more magic
-Minecraft Build projects: command block magic
Lesson 8
Create a creeper firework show, heart shaped pool build and a park entrance
-Design project: grand entrance sign -Minecraft build projecs: Creeper fireworks show -Take virtual visits to some animal parks
-design and create a theme park
-learn how to use redstone to build a roller coaster
-learn how to obtain and use a command block for Minecraft magic
-level up your Minecraft game with skills you can transfer to other projects
-have FUN!
I have taught over 5,000 students on Outschool and countless others outside the platform. I love using Minecraft to teach my students. Minecraft is filled with endless possibilities to learn reading, chemistry, coding, and more!

This class uses Minecraft Bedrock edition including Nintendo Switch, iPad, iPhone, Xbox One, Windows 10, Android and Minecraft Education. Students will not need to share gamertags and will be working individually in their own Minecraft world. There is no shared server or realm.
