Beginner Level
In this 6-week class, learners ages 5–8 will explore early Spanish reading skills through fun and engaging lessons. Each class includes interactive activities such as vocabulary games, pronunciation practice, and rhyming. We use visuals, repetition, and movement to support learning. No prior Spanish needed.
Learning Goals
Recognize and pronounce Spanish vowels and key consonants.
Identify and produce basic rhyming word patterns in Spanish.
Learn and recall vocabulary from common themes (colors, animals, body parts, etc.).
Form simple descriptive sentences in Spanish.

Recognizing Vowels
My lesson is about: Introducing the Spanish vowels (A, E, I, O, U) with fun visuals and sounds. We will practice saying and recognizing each vowel.

Basic Consonants
Introducing simple consonants like M, P, L, and S. Learners will match consonants with images of objects that start with each letter.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have a strong background in language teaching, with a focus on early childhood education. I have taught Spanish to young learners for over 10 years in both formal and informal settings, such as language camps and online classes. I am passionate about creating engaging, interactive lessons that help children build their confidence in speaking and understanding Spanish. My experience working with children ages 5-15 has taught me how to adapt lessons to be fun, accessible, and age-appropriate.
