Have a flute? Do you want to see if this is the instrument for you? In this two week small group class, students will learn basics about the flute and make their first sounds.

Description
Class Experience
I have over 30 years experience teaching private lessons and group flute classes to children and adults. I have a Bachelor of Music degree in Flute Performance from the University of Arizona, and a Master of Music degree in Flute Performance from the University of North Texas. I am currently a freelance flutist in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and a university flute teacher.
For this first experience with the concert C flute, you will need a FLUTE. We will discuss in class what will be needed if you continue playing.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
