Class Experience

In this class, we will study dragonflies. We will learn about the characteristics of dragonflies, where they live, how they move, and what they eat. The student will learn the difference between a dragonfly and a damselfly. We will discuss different dragonflies from around the world. We will look at pictures and videos of dragonflies to answer questions and promote curiosity. The students will be encouraged to draw a dragonfly they have learned about. 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Some young students might do best with parental help. :)
Students may ask for help with the drawing.
