Class experience

US Grade 1 - 4
Students will improve their understanding that you can become friends with anyone if you are willing to try.
Homework Offered
Homework will include rereading the story or having someone reread it to the. They will complete a sequence of events, cut and paste, activity to show the steps of Dad's recipe for "Enemy Pie". Also, I will send all the pages to make the book, so your child can cut out all the pie pages for their book. color the outside of the pie, and either staple or tie all pages of the book together before the second class. We will not have time to put the book together during class.
1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Learners are informally assessed through class discussions, classwork, and homework.
Grades Offered
Students will need to bring a pencil, scissors, a glue stick, colored pencils or crayons, and a paper clip to each class. During the second class, students will need to bring the book pages stapled or hole punched and tied together.
I will upload the story and all the pages before the class begins. The pages for the book are all numbered, so it will make it easier to put the book together in order. Thank you in advance for your help with having your child come prepared to each class.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
