As the newly published author of the Emotebook and a freelance writer for over 20 years, I have relied on language arts skills as the building blocks of a happy career. For three of those years, I also worked full-time as an associate editor, which helped me gain real-world expertise in the nuances of English language arts. I am walking the language arts journey with my three children while homeschooling them, as well as with several other online students in various grades. Homework Offered
Homework Policy: The class workbook includes pages for in-class work as well as lesson reinforcement for independent study days. Learners are strongly encouraged to complete the assignments for better outcomes. Some students will complete the in-class work during our scheduled time, and others will need more time to finish independently. Parental guidance is recommended to ensure that the assignments are completed and sent to the teacher through the Outschool platform. All homework that is submitted will receive feedback and encouragement.
