Description
Class Experience
I have 15 years of professional experience as a stage performer. I have performed all over the country and on Broadway. I am a proud member of Actor's Equity Association. I attained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Florida. This program provided intensive dance training which has prepared me in leading a safe dance lesson. I also received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification from One Yoga in Kho Pha-ngan, Thailand. Yoga has always been a huge benefit to me as a performer, which is why I choose to incorporate it as a physical warm up.
1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
