I will provide a print out for every class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

This class includes movement. It is recommended that the students participate in an open, uncluttered space free of possible hazards. Sometimes students might be directed to explore the whole room ("walk to all corners of your room.") but are generally advised to carry out movement on and around a mat. A yoga or exercise mat would be great to work on, as well as the children wearing ballet shoes or non-slip socks. Art projects are conducted on the floor, as well, and an exercise mat would protect the underlying floor.

No stretching is required ahead of class. Students can bring a bottle of water and should wear comfortable clothes that allow to move and dance.

Please acknowledge and fully understand that your child will be engaging in physical activities that may involve some risk of injury.  Acknowledge that you have been advised that it is your responsibility to consult with your child’s physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that may affect your child’s participation. You assume the foregoing risks and accept full personal responsibility for any personal injuries sustained by your child which might incur as a result or participating in this program "Music with Ms. Mary-Lou" and discharge and hold harmless Marie-Luise Weiss, teacher of "Music with Ms. Mary-Lou" from any claim, cause of action or liability for damages arising from any personal injury to your child.
