Description
Class Experience
Students will learn... 1. How to recognize and identify various rhythmic notation 2. How to identify intervals (distance between notes on a staff) in steps and skips 3. The names of the lines of the treble clef staff 4. The names of the spaces of the treble clef staff
Chalk or Painters Tape In week 2, I will ask students to create a floor staff that they can physically step or skip to different notes on. They can do this by drawing one outside on a sidewalk/driveway using chalk or use painters tape to lay down the 5 horizonal lines of the staff.
