Music Theory Exam Prep: Unlock Your Full Potential

Music theory is an essential part of understanding the fundamentals of music. Since theory is the fundamental backbone behind the learning process of a musical instrument, it will equip your student to excel at playing a musical instrument and composing music.

Incorporating music theory into your private music lessons will be extremely important for the acceleration of development and growth as a musician.

Is your child preparing for ABRSM or Certificate of Merit (CM) exams but feeling unsure about their music theory skills? I help guide students through a personalized, step-by-step plan to master the essential theory concepts needed for their exams. Whether they're just starting out or preparing for advanced levels, we’ll break down complex topics into easy-to-understand lessons and ensure they feel confident and ready on exam day.

With tailored 1:1 lessons, we’ll focus on:

Understanding key music theory concepts for ABRSM & CM exams

    Building exam-specific skills and strategies

Strengthening problem areas and boosting confidence

Preparing for a successful exam experience

Transform your child’s music theory knowledge and watch them go from uncertain to exam-ready, all while developing a deeper love for music.
