Class Experience

1. Each student will gain skills in written notation, intervals, triads, key signatures, scales, figured bass symbols, chord symbols, and demonstrate a beginning working knowledge of 19th Century voice leading.

2. Each student will gain reading and listening skills in the recognition of intervals, triads, and scales, and beginning voice leading.

I have passed College Level Music Theroy I with a 4.0 GPA.

I have even tutored students in my Music Theory Classes helping to raise their academic grades.

My approach is simple, teach to the needs of the students. We won't move forward until all questions from the students have been exhausted!
Assignments from the Tonal Harmony 8th Edition workbook. These assignments will be delivered digitally for download
All Curriculum will be produced by the instructor!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The student will "self-assess" their homework. If there are questions, there will be time in class to address those homework questions!
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
