Music Theory for Beginner Level: Basic Fundamentals (Flex)
In this 8-week flex course, students will be able to develop their skills and knowledge in music theory from lessons on melody and rhythm; students will learn about the building blocks of musical theory and notation, including music staves, clefs, rhythmic and pitch values, rhythmic meters, and time signatures, all while in an online classroom environment from the Music & Language Learning Center by Kristine Dizon.
Class experience
An introduction to music theory will introduce you to music staves, clefs, rhythmic and pitch values, rhythmic meters, and time signatures. Gain an understanding of the basic building blocks of musical theory and notation.
