I have a bachelors in music and have taken 7 advanced theory classes.
There may be some worksheets designed to help the student learn new concepts but will not be assigned each class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
