Get more confident in note reading by participating in a drop in music spelling bee, with other fun games. Students will have so much fun that they won’t even know that they are learning music theory!
Every class, we will have a fun spelling bee, where kids will put notes on the staff to spell out the words given. It will be a combination of individual spelling, and collaborative effort. Classes will also have other games, such as bingo, Kahoot quizzes, memory, and match up, to put the fun into music reading! **This is a drop in, game based class, for note reading. To participate in a few Kahoot quizzes, it’s best if students have a 2nd device (phone, tablet, etc.) If that’s not possible, then they can still participate in answering questions, but they just won’t be able to be a part of the Kahoot scores. Kahoot (App or website) Paper and pencil
