Class experience
Every class, we will have a fun spelling bee, where kids will put notes on the staff to spell out the words given. It will be a combination of individual spelling, and collaborative effort. Classes will also have other games, such as bingo, Kahoot quizzes, memory, and match up, to put the fun into music reading! **This is a drop in, game based class, for note reading. Students will become more confident with note reading by having fun with written music.
To participate in a few Kahoot quizzes, it’s best if students have a 2nd device (phone, tablet, etc.) If that’s not possible, then they can still participate in answering questions, but they just won’t be able to be a part of the Kahoot scores. Kahoot (App or website) Paper and pencil
