In this Music Recital, students will have the opportunity to perform a song for their peers that they have been working on. Students do not have to be participating in any of Cymrie’s other classes to participate in this Music Recital. They merely must have a song prepared (vocal or instrumental) that they would like to share with others. Each student will take a turn introducing themself, their song, and their instrument, and then performing. When it is not their turn to perform, students will be listening to their peers. Students will learn and demonstrate proper recital manners. If there is time at the end of the recital, students will be allowed to each show and tell either something else in their life or another song they are working on, as a way to get to know each other.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I teach music classes for beginning to advanced musicians! I have a Masters Degree in Violin Performance, and I am a professional studio violinist. I have played live for many artists' concerts and recorded violin for many video games, TV shows, and movies.
I love to instill a love of music in my students, especially those just starting out! I believe it is important to learn music that is familiar and that brings joy to the student, and I think the fastest progress comes from loving the journey, so my students all get to choose their own experiences to help them grow.
I am a mother of two, and I love the color yellow!
