In this ongoing weekly club, we will meet up and foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment to share what we've been working on musically.
Class experience
Say goodbye to "Writer's Block!" There is nothing more motivating to maintaining a musical practice than having a deadline and being inspired by a community of other musicians. Each week, we will meet up in a positive, non-critical, environment where you will be free to share what you've been working on, no matter where you're at with it. Music makers will gain motivation to write and confidence to share their musical creations with others. They will also develop their songwriting skills.
I am a professional songwriter and music producer who has organized songwriting clubs in my community. I've found them to be incredibly successful for myself and for all those involved to assist in pushing through writer's block and boosting confidence.
Homework Offered
Each week, music makers should work to have something new to share with the club.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
