Do you already know the C, G, F, and Am chords on your instrument? Bring your ukulele, mandolin, banjo, guitar, or any instrument that plays chords, and we’ll practice improvising, four bars at a time. Because play is also practice!
Class experience
Come join me for a fun time with strummed instruments! In this class, we’ll use the chords C, G, F, and Am to do a round robin jam session. Bring your guitar, mandolin, ukelele, banjo, autoharp, bouzouki, anything you’ve got! Don’t know those chords yet? Join one of my 1:1 sessions! You’ll learn them in as quickly as one session. It’s important to me to show learners that they can play more than what they read on the page or learn in a lesson; they can improvise to create their own music....
You'll need your instrument, a pencil (with eraser), and a piece of paper.
