My teaching style is characterized by high energy and enthusiasm! I handcraft each lesson with musical magic, making learning a fun experience. I enjoy incorporating light-hearted exchanges and creating a lively atmosphere where everyone can feel heard. When a student faces a challenge, I offer patience and creative solutions to keep the music flowing. I strive to foster unity and harmony within the group, ensuring an inclusive and engaging experience by keeping the communication channels open. However, if an unexpected blender or barking dog interrupts the session, I may need to hit the mute button temporarily.

After the music class wraps up, get ready to rock with some optional Kahoot games to keep the learning going and solidify concepts learned. Newbie readers might need a hand decoding the musical KEYS before class kicks off. It's like a cheat sheet for game success. For first-timers, a sneak peek at the KEYS before class could be a game-changer. But if your maestro is a music pro, they might fancy a challenge without peeking. To keep the musical magic alive, some games may start off easier until we gauge your musician's skill level. I've got a bag of tricks to cater to different levels of play. This class is tailor-made for beginners and those who recently picked up an instrument. If your mini-Mozart needs a little extra help in a particular musical area, just give me a shout. With some heads up, I might be able to tune the lesson plan to suit your needs. Let's make some musical memories together! Audio and Visual Tips for Success: Original Sound Audio - If your learner wants to share an instrument or sing, then enabling this audio feature in the Zoom settings will help your learner be heard. Otherwise, their microphone may not pick up what they are putting down. Get more information with this link: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064198 Annotating on Screen - You learner may be able to interact more if they know how to annotate or draw on the screen during class. This is a wonderful feature for engagement. Please use this link for more information and scroll to 'How to annotate if you are viewing shared content:' https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067931
Supply List
Prepare to discover the secrets using your PDF KEYS, or if you prefer a traditional approach, take a reliable pencil and paper in hand. And if you happen to have your musical instruments nearby, treat us to some delightful tunes on the piano or create a funky beat on the xylophone. (No worries, musical skills or instruments are not required for this class!)
