Create Music with AI: Your Sound, Your Style In this self-paced course, you’ll learn how to use AI to create unique songs that reflect your own style, ideas, and creativity. Each song will be uniquely yours—you decide the theme, mood, and style. Want to create a high-energy pop song, a relaxing nature-inspired track, or even a funny song for friends? It’s all up to you! Experiment with genres like pop (including K-pop and J-pop), hip-hop, EDM, R&B, rock, metal, lo-fi, and more. Use your own lyrics, or let the AI guide you with fun prompts and suggestions. Imagine using your AI music to: • Finally bring your songwriting to life—even if you’re not a singer • Build a playlist of your own music to stream • Start your own music portfolio with unique tracks • Make a personalized gift, like a custom song for friends or family • Create funny songs to share with friends • Add original songs to your videos or social media Course Structure: You have 7 days to submit all your song choices and complete the assignments for AI generation, but you’ll have access to the course materials for an entire year. This allows you to revisit the lessons and continue perfecting your music over time. • During Week 1: You’ll be guided step-by-step through each element—genre, mood, tempo, lyrics, vocals, and instruments—as you create your first song. This ensures you understand the foundational concepts and can apply them effectively. • Bonus Tracks: After mastering the basics, you have the option to create three additional bonus tracks; to further refine your skills and experiment with new ideas. Teacher Support: Throughout the course, you’ll work with your teacher through written feedback and guidance, entirely over the OutSchool platform—no video chat or third-party apps involved. Your teacher is available to help with brainstorming, refining ideas, and providing constructive feedback, typically responding within 1-2 hours and no later than 1-2 days, depending on weekends and holidays. From developing lyrics to choosing instruments, you’ll receive dedicated support tailored to your style and goals, ensuring your musical vision comes to life with personalized attention. Disclaimer: While the AI technology is impressive and offers exciting possibilities, it isn’t perfect and may occasionally produce songs with unexpected quirks or mistakes. Think of this as a unique opportunity to learn about the true capabilities and limitations of AI in music creation. Please note that I am not responsible for any errors or inconsistencies in the AI-generated songs, but I’m here to guide and support you in making the most of your music-making journey!
