In these weekly 1 on 1 piano lessons, students who have already taken 1 or more years of piano lessons and already know the basics will continue to learn to play their piano/keyboard using a set of 4 method books for Level 1 students. Ideal for charter school students.

Description
Class Experience
In this set of 8 private one on one piano lessons, Level 1 piano students will begin to learn how to play their piano or electric keyboard. The students will use the method books "Faber Piano Adventures Level 1". Level 1 students are students who have had 1 or more years of piano lessons within the past 2 years. Students should already know these basics: left/right hand differentiation, finger numbers, these notes/rests: whole note, half note, quarter note and quarter rest, the letters of...
This class is taught in English.
Students will build on the basics of piano playing that they have previously learned Hopefully they will fall in love with playing the piano like I did at a young age.
Since practice is an important part of learning a musical instruments, it is recommended that students practice at least 15 minutes per day for 4 days per week, for a total of 60 minutes per week. Practice logs will be provided.
Students will need to have a piano or electronic keyboard and a pencil for lessons. The students will need to purchase a set of Method books before beginning class. We will be using Faber Piano Adventures Level 1 books (Technique, Lesson, Performance and Theory). Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
