Class Experience
In this set of 16 private one on one piano lessons, beginning piano students will begin to learn how to play their piano or electric keyboard. The students will use the method books "Accelerated Faber Piano Adventures". Using the Technique book, students will learn technique for playing the piano, including posture, hand position and fingering. Using the Lesson book, students will learn note names, rhythm, music reading and dynamics. Using the Performance book, students will put into...
This class is taught in English.
Students will begin to learn the basics of playing the piano. Hopefully they will fall in love with playing the piano like I did at a young age and will continue lessons.
Since practice is an important part of learning a musical instruments, students will be required to practice at least 15 minutes per day for 4 days per week, for a total of 60 minutes per week. Practice logs will be provided.
Students will need to have a piano or electronic keyboard and a pencil for lessons. The students will need to purchase a set of Method books before beginning class. We will be using Faber Accelerated Piano Adventures Level 1 books (Technique, Lesson, Performance and Theory).
