Great for ACTIVE learners. Students will move to the music. There will be songs that feature action words (dance, jump, freeze, walk, clap). Students taking this class should have an area available to comfortably and safely move.

Master's Degree in Education- Arts Integration from George Mason University Arts Integration is teaching an arts discipline and a core curriculum within the same lesson. I have also a modality which addresses students who acquire learning kinesthetically (movements).
1. Open safe area to move- free of obstructions or slippery flooring (throw rugs, etc.) 2. Comfortable clothing and shoes to move in. 3. Water or electrolyte beverage available, if needed.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Safety Guidelines for this class. The students will be engaged in moving activities for 20-25 minutes. 1. Students will need supervision from a responsible adult. 2. Students will need an open workspace (free of obstructions or slippery flooring, throw rugs), proper footwear, stretching before class, and a water bottle or electrolyte beverage if needed. 3. This class is NOT recommended for students who have experience acute respiratory distress from exercise. Tools being used in class: 1. The students will be moving and dancing to music cast within the Outschool platform from YouTube. 2.
