Do come in… Stay awhile… Join in the fun! Music and Me is a unique introduction to music that brings the joy and love of music making to each child through singing, moving, learning, and playing. Today we will explore the opposite sounds of high and low. Students will enjoy effortlessly learning through the integration of language, counting, and science through songs, stories, games, and various friends we meet along the way. Spoiler Alert: We will meet a lion and a bird, then plant a tree… oh my, watch out for the flea that landed on your knee!
Learning Goals
High and low will be the focus of this introductory lesson. We will also learn many songs and movements that will reinforce steady beat, pitch, language skills, physical coordination, math, science, and kindness. A true musical treasure chest!
