In this one time health and wellness based course, students will learn the importance of muscle function for longevity and overall health.

Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will learn tools for building muscle, safe muscle building practices, and how muscle contributes to longevity and overall health.
I worked as a certified personal trainer for 2 years before teaching. I currently teach middle school health and physical education. I am also the offensive coordinator and strength coach for the football and track teams on my campus.
Homework Offered
Students will complete the "Muscle Building Plan" that is attached in the classroom section.
0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Learner progress is assessed using informal assessment, and the Kahoot Review Game.
Grades Offered
