Its a perfect Halloween activity! The primary focus of this class is to teach students the difference between primary and secondary sources and when each is beneficial in research. Its designed for middle school and high school students to prepare them for college level research. I have taught this lesson to middle and high school students for over seven years now.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class does include one historical black and white picture of a dead body. The image contains no gore but may cause concern for younger learners. Also the tone overall deals heavily with murder and should be avoided by any students who may be trouble by such content.
