Welcome to Munchie Math with Miss Jessie! In this one-time class, we will practice basic addition and subtraction skills within 10. We will use a ten frame and the beloved spring time snack: Peeps! This class will follow the I Do, We Do, You Do format. Each student will get an opportunity to complete the math challenge on their own. At the end of class, we will play a game called “Bunny Ears”. This game is intended to encourage students to represent numbers 1-10 in different ways. For example, 6 may be represented with 5 fingers on one hand and 1 finger on the other. Or, 6 could also be represented with 3 fingers on each hand. I hope that your learner will join this fun, spring themed math and snack class! See you soon, Miss Jessie

-10 Frame Printout -10 Peeps (Can be all the same color or different colors. Bunnies will work the best for this class.)
