These private lessons will use a structured literacy program based on phonological-coding research and Orton-Gillingham principles to directly and systematically teach the structure of the English language. I am a certified Special Education teacher with over twenty years of experience. I hold a level 2 certification as a Wilson Reading System Therapist. Most importantly, I have a passion for helping learners learn to read and build their self-confidence as independent readers and writers.
