Description
Class Experience
I am a licensed special education teacher with over ten years of elementary teaching experience. I have a passion for teaching phonics and have been fortunate enough to take both Orton-Gillingham and Wilson Reading multisensory reading trainings. I have taught phonics virtually since March 2020 and have found virtual instruction to be just as engaging, meaningful and accessible for a variety of learners as in person instruction. I look forward to meeting you!
Writing utensil and paper/white board. Magnetic letters and/or alphabet cards can be used.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
