-Students will learn the times table from 0 to 12. The times table will be broken up into pieces on a weekly basis in order for students to digest the material a lot better than being inundated with too much information -Each student will get a chance to recite the times table -We will play games and have quizzes in order to make sure they understand the material. -Students will not need prior knowledge, but they will be expected to practice at home. The more you practice, the more you will learn. -I like to start my classes by asking students about their favorite things and engaging in a song as an icebreaker
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to recite the times table from 0-12 in order to aide them with multiplication problems. This will be a fun class!! It will be 6 weeks long, and we will meet once per week until we are done learning the times table. By the end of the course, students will know their times table if they take this course and practice at home. We will go over a different group of times tables each week.

TEACHER EXPECTATION
Please encourage your child to speak during class. This class is all about repetition and if they do not participate, it will be hard to learn. Class size is kept low so that students have a chance for individualized attention.
Once you have signed up for a section, you will be enrolled to meet that same day every week, unless you choose not to continue with the class.

If you would like your child to learn specific times tables that they are struggling with or that I have already gone over, please reach out to me so that I can create a private session for them. We can go over pricing and discuss the lesson. Thank you.

Supply List
Handouts will be provided by the teacher prior to the start of class. Please be sure to print them ahead of time for the full experience. Please paper and pencil ready for hands on class activity. Please bring either a bag of 20 beans, M&M's, skittles, marshmallows, colored pencils/crayons, or any similar object that you can use to count. We will do an activity in class using these materials.

Students will get a worksheet each class. They can complete the class quiz before class if they choose to. We will go over it in class.
