Description
Class Experience
Kids will learn multiplication math facts Kids will figure out math facts in order to apply them to problem solving.
I am a certified teacher with 20 years of teaching in the public, private, homeschool, university, online or private tutoring sector. I have been Charlotte Mason trained through Ambleside. I have a dynamic teaching style and animated approach to teaching and learning. I've taken morning meeting and writers notebook workshops and have years of classroom experience implementing this in my classroom and tutoring sessions. I'm trained to teach Saxon math in grades 1-4 and utilize a variety of methods in order to be successful. I am a mental health workshop facilitator which provides resiliency skills to kids through games, role-playing, crafts, and socratic group discussions. My socratic discussion style helps all kids look beyond the surface and critically think for themselves. I've taught over 1000 hours on Outschool and have a 4.96 rating. My classes are adapted to the learners and I pride myself in providing the best possible educational experience for all learners.
