I am an experienced math teacher and I love teaching math. have taught 3rd-grade math exclusively for the past 4 years. I have seen students struggle with learning multiplication facts. It is very important that learners are fluent with multiplication facts. Put away those flashcards. I have discovered a strategy that is fun and has helped my students to become very proficient in learning these facts. With this strategy, students will enjoy learning multiplication facts. This class will be interactive and upbeat. We will play some games that will help with learning multiplication facts. I like to make learning fun. Students' participation is necessary. Students need to know how to count by 2s, 5s, and 10s for this class. I will send students an activity sheet to practice the multiplication facts. -We will practice the 3s and the 6s and look at how knowing the 3s can help with learning the 6s. - We will look at the 2s, 4s, and 8s and look at the relationship and see how knowing the 4s can help with learning the 8s. -We will look at some interesting strategies for the 9s and review all the facts.

Students will learn a strategy to become fluent with multiplication facts.
