Class Experience
In this fun and engaging one time math class students will learn more of the beginning foundations of multiplication. Students will learn to use repeated addition and equal groups as tools to help learn the concept of multiplication and to solve simple problems involving multiplication. Students will learn that multiplication problems can be represented as repeated addition of the same number. Students will learn the benefits of multiplication as apposed to addition. Students will learn new strategies that they can use to solve multiplication problems and gain a deeper understanding of the way the multiplication works.
Student should bring paper and a pencil with them to class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
