1 hour per week. After each class, I will provide materials for them to practice at home: worksheets, links to online games, digital flash cards, and even dice or card games they can play with you! I'll strongly suggest they practice 5-20 minutes each day using any of the above materials.Assessment
I will be informally assessing students during class using answers they submit, ideas they share, and results of the games we play. Students will play a game at the beginning of class and again after the lesson to track their progress and see improvement.Class Experience

Let's have some fun working towards multiplication fact fluency! 🤩 💡 WHY THIS CLASS? 💡 My first goal is for students to have a positive relationship with math, which I foster by normalizing mistakes and creating a low pressure, supportive and fun class environment. We'll meet twice a week for 2 weeks; 4 class meetings in all. Each class will include a live lesson and fun games to practice. After each class, I will provide materials for them to practice at home: worksheets, links to online games, digital flash cards, and even dice or card games they can play with you! I spread the meetings over 2 weeks to build accountability for learners to practice as many days as they can over those 14 days. 🧑🏿🤝🧑🏽 WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR? 🧑🏿🤝🧑🏽 This class was designed for learners who have already learned about multiplication but they need more strategies, practice and fluency with the multiplication facts 0-12. 📌 WHAT WILL WE COVER? 📌 Multiplication facts from 0 to 12 along with tips and strategies to deepen understanding and support mastery! We'll learn WHY we memorize multiplication facts! I'll highlight strategies and tips for building fluency with 0, 1, 2, 4, & 8 facts. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
Multiplication Facts: 3, 5, 6, & 10
We'll learn WHERE memorized multiplication facts will be super helpful in your future math journey! I'll share tips and strategies for mastering 3, 5, 6, & 10 facts. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Multiplication Facts: 7, 9 & Review 1-10
We'll learn more about HOW these multiplication facts get committed to memory. I'll demonstrate some awesome strategies and tips for the 7 & 9 facts. Then we'll review all facts 1 through 10! 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Multiplication Facts: 11, 12 - AND - Review All Facts!
We'll learn some amazing strategies to master 11 and 12 facts. Now we can practice all facts from 0 through 12! 45 mins online live lesson
