In this one time course, we will learn tips and tricks for memorizing multiplication facts as well as developing fact fluency.

US Grade 2 - 5
In this one hour course, students will learn tips and tricks to memorize their multiplication facts from 1 to 12. We will begin class by looking for patterns in the multiplication table that help us to figure out unknown facts. We will use these patterns to develop strategies for remembering more challenging facts. We will highlight rows and columns on the multiplication chart that students have already committed to memory. Then, we will learn songs, rhymes, finger tricks and other...
Students will learn tips and tricks for memorizing their multiplication facts from one to twelve. They will look also investigate useful patterns in the multiplication table.
I am a middle school math and science teacher with a passion for helping kids to understand and love mathematics. I have a master's degree in teaching and curriculum with a focus on educational psychology.
Homework Offered
A fun Blooket game will be assigned at the end of this course. This is an optional extension that students can use for additional practice.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
