US Grade 1 - 3
This is a complete lesson for learners who want to work on maintaining multiplication skills or are just learning to multiply. The exercises will include using fun array activities to help students do multiplication. Students are encouraged to use a whiteboard in order to write down expressions but a paper and pencil will also work. We will start with a skip counting review to see where each learner is and what they need to work on. Week 1: Skip counting and Addition Review Week 2: Explain rows and columns Week 3: Introduction to Array &Review of all operations learned This class is a great beginner lesson for multiplication or a great review for those who may need to review multiplication. The class will begin with a hello song, and an introduction of the day's focus, we will do three exercises we do, we do and end with you do. Each lesson will have brain breaks to help students unwind but will be math-related. Learners will get to do a fun puzzle corner, figuring out which operations make the given equations true.
