In this week long camp, students will learn the basics of multiplication. Day 1: We will practice using groups to solve multiplication equations. We will also learn how to multiply 0's, 1's, 5's, and 10's. Day 2: We will practice using arrays to solve multiplication equations. We will also learn how to multiply 2's, 3's, and 11's. Day 3: We will practice breaking apart big numbers to help us solve 12's and 7's. We will also review multiplying 10's, 5's, and 2's. Day 4: We will practice multiplying by 4's and practice breaking apart 8's to solve. We will also review the multiplication equations we have learned so far. Day 5: We will review the different strategies we have learn ( groups, arrays, and breaking apart). We will use the different strategies to solve multiplication equations.

Students will need paper and pencil or a whiteboard and marker for each class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
