Description

Class Experience

In this 3 day class, learners will do different activities and games to achieve some money skills.

Day 1
We will review the value of each of the four coins: penny, nickel, dime and quarter.  We will then practice adding different combination of coins emphasizing that you can count by 5's, 10's, or 25's to achieve the answer.  Learners will show different ways to pay for an item by circling which coins can be used or by verbally saying.  They will see how much money characters on the screen...

This class is taught in English.

Learners should bring a paper or notebook and something to write with for each class.

1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
