Class Experience
Welcome to Ms. Abby's 1st Grade learning pod! We will do different skills and work on projects together each week for 18 weeks. This class will be a well-rounded class with language arts, spelling, grammar, reading comprehension, writing, math, science, and art. To learn different concepts of learning in 1st grade and 2nd-grade level
We will have sight and spelling words every two weeks. I ask that each learner practice these words. We will also work on a reading book every week. If we have any unfinished worksheets each week I ask that you finish them on your own.
Weekly Supplies Paper Markers/Crayons Notebook paper Pencils Scissors Glue Worksheets for the week Index Cards for sight/Spelling words Extra supplies will be posted monthly.
I will provide a monthly update on how your learner is doing in class.
3 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We may use scissors for some crafts. Parents may need to be close by Canva To show slides about different lessons.
