In this ongoing weekly social club, we will have our American Girl Dolls dressed for their fashion shows which we will share with our friends which outfits you picked for your doll. Then during class, we draw a new fashion for your doll.

1 hour per week. I will send a doll fashion template to each learner enrolled in the class. Learners can begin designing their doll prior to class but we will work on this collectively as a class.Class Experience
American Girls Dolls as well as Our Generation and My Life Dolls are so much fun to have and take care of. There are endless possibilities of making different outfits for the dolls and making up stories for each outfit that can be fun for hours. So why not share all that fun with others? In this class, learners will have the opportunity to share what they have for their doll collections. We will first begin class with a doll fashion show in which the learners will be encouraged to share an interesting story about their doll and the outfit that they chose. After each learner has had the opportunity to share, each learner can then practice designing their very own fashion doll creation with the doll template that I send out prior to class. The learners can draw and color the doll's fashion, hair, and accessories. They are able to work on this prior to class but can work on drawing during class as a group so that they can share different ideas with each other. At the end of class, I will give the learners our topic of fashion for the following week. This is what we will be designing on our doll template. I will also post it in our classroom discussion. During the class, learners will be encouraged to share their dolls and creations with each other.

Supply List
I will send a doll fashion template to each learner that is enrolled for them to draw their design on. To draw on the doll fashion template, learners can use supplies such as crayons, colored pencils, fine tip markers, etc. Any items that they would want to use for drawing.

Hello! I’m Kelly Miller and thank you for showing interest in my classes. My passion is teaching in any form and always having fun in class. I also want to make sure all learners are able to be heard and have a chance to express what they enjoy about our classes.
I was an Emergency Medical Technician for over 20 years while in the Air Force which led me to be an EMT instructor trainer and CPR instructor trainer. I have a Master's degree in leadership and disaster preparedness/emergency management and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology. However, I am also TESOL certified and since retiring from the Air Force, I have been teaching English as a Second Language online and I have found a great love in it. The relationships that I have with my students are wonderful and I have found a passion for teaching children.
I am also a mom to a 19-year-old high-functioning Autistic high college freshman and a 10-year-old all-star cheer daughter whom I home school. I have a great passion for making learning FUN and ENGAGING! I believe that students learn best while having fun. So whether that is dancing, singing, playing games, or having fun by being silly, that’s what we will do. I can’t wait to see your student in the class.Reviews
