In this ongoing art history class, students will learn about the artists of the past and present! We will look at the artist's work then create our own artwork influenced by the artist!

Class Experience
Students will learn about the lives of many artists as well as different types of art, art styles, art movements and art techniques!
Whatever we don't finish in class can be completed after class. If you can, please upload a picture of your completed work to me either in a private message or you can post it in the class comment section. :)
Students may bring: Pencils, Pens, Sketchbook, Canvas, Crayons, Markers, Pastels, Paper, Paint, Clay, or Whatever medium they choose to work with that day.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Some sensitive topics will be mentioned during some of the lessons such as: depression, the passing away of the artist and their family members, LGTBQ, bodily harm (specifically, when van Gogh removes his ear). I will give the student's a "trigger warning" at the beginning of a lesson which may contain sensitive content. Some lessons may show nude models in the paintings or sculptures - HOWEVER, I cover the inappropriate body parts. I give the students the option to step away from their computer when I bring up the sensitive material if they do not wish to listen or see.
